Newly promoted Premier League side, Brentford are reportedly interested in Nigeria midfielder, Frank Onyeka. The midfielder would be the first signing for the premier league side if they compete the move.

The Nigeria midfielder moving to Brentford is no surprise. The two clubs have same owner.

Brentford owner, Matthew Benham — who is also the majority shareholder at FC Midtjylland— is willing to strengthen the PL side.

Frank Onyeka, who has one cap for the Nigeria national team, is likely to join Brentford very soon.

Onyeka dazzled for Midtjylland last season as they finished second in the league. He also impressed in the group stages of the Champions League.

Matthew Benham owns both clubs; this means an agreement would be easier.

Brentford are looking to sign a right-back and right centre-back. They also want a midfielder, winger and striker.

The Bees has already lost their right-back to FC Midtjylland. Forward Macondes has left the side. Brentford’s top scorer Toney, is also linked with a move away from the club.
