In the early hours of Monday, some youths stormed the streets of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), to protest President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
The protesters stated that the rally, dubbed the ‘#BuhariMustGo protest,’ will serve as a morning devotion for the next few days.
The youths had blocked the airport highway as of the time of filing this report. This comes barely a week after Nigerians across the country protested on Democracy Day, June 12, 2021, across the country.
The protesters are expressing their dissatisfaction with Mr Buhari’s “poor governance” and “worsening insecurity in the country.”
