Senator Uzor Kalu who happens to be the chief whip of the Senate has extended his condolences to the members of the Church of Synagogue over the death of their General Overseer T.B Joshua
In his condolences message that was addressed in Abuja on Sunday he grieved for the notable and great Man of God who in his words describe him as a preacher and evangelist and he will be greatly missed by his followers.
According to The senator. “He will be remembered as a notable spiritual leader with a passion for empowering the poor and vulnerable in the society,”
He added that the highly spiritual man was famous even outside the shores of the Country and his works has cut across so many nations.
He was committed to spreading the gospel of God through his religious and philanthropic platforms.
“Pastor Joshua was simple, kind-hearted, generous and easy going.
“He played a key role in human capital development through philanthropy and counselling.
“His demise has, no doubt, left a big vacuum in the synagogue,” Kalu emphasized
He added by compelling members of the Church of synagogue to take solace in the fact that he had a great and positive contributions to the church, the Christian society and world at large.
He as well channeled his condolence message to the government and the people of Ondo state over this great loss and prayed that his soul rest in peace
