‘I Used To Fight Ifeanyi For Killing People, But He Threatened To Shoot Me If I Talked Anyhow’ – Suspect
Officers of the Nigerian Police Force have arrested a group of kidnappers terrorising the Ijebu Igbo local government area in Ogun State.
After the arrest was made, the seven men-gang took the police officers to the place where they buried the corpses of their various victims.
However, while parading the suspects, some items were recovered, including a mobile phone and a number of cartridges.
In a video posted by TVC News, one of the suspects expressed remorse for his crimes as he recounted how he received threats from another member of the gang, identified as Ifeanyi, after he quarrelled with him about killing their victims.
According to the video, “I used to fight Ifeanyi for shooting those people, and then he told me that if I talked anyhow, he would shoot me.”.
