INTER MILAN have confirmed the controversial signing of Hakan Calhanoglu from arch – rivals AC Milan.

After months of speculation s the 27-year- old player Calhanoglu has put pen to paper. The midfielder signed a 3-year deal with Inter Milan.

The attacking midfielder’s contract with AC Milan expired earlier in the summer and that means the Rossoneri also lost him for free.

Calhanoglu, known for his expert free-kick-taking ability, scored nine goals and added 12 assists to the Milan cause last season.

The 27-year-old posed in front of Inter‘s trophies after agreeing terms with his new club, which shared the following announcement: “FC Internazionale Milano can confirm that Hakan Calhanoglu has joined the Nerazzurri. He signed a deal lasting till June 30th 2024.

The Turkish midfielder is now the 39th player to have represented both Inter and AC Milan, following in the footsteps of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Andrea Pirlo, Ronaldo and others.
