Biafra separatist, Simon Ekpa, on Friday dismissed reports that he has been arrested by the International Criminal Police Organization, commonly known as Interpol.
Naturenex reports that reports began circulating on Tuesday that embattled Ekpa has been arrested by Interpol following alerts by numerous persons to the Intergovernmental organization claiming he constitutes a serious violent threat to the people of Nigeria.
But Ekpa in a video shared on his social media pages, rubbished the reports.
“All these Nigerian criminals in Germany, giving you information about Simon Ekpa, Interpol this, Interpol that. God is going to use me to end Nigeria. You can see me, I am driving.
“This evil Nigeria that is committing crime, that is known for terrorism. This evil Nigeria, that is supporting terrorism.
“All you people do is to support Nigeria because you are getting paid for the job and evil journalism you do.
“Let me tell you. All of you will fail. You will see how you are going to fail next year.
“And at the end, Biafra will come,” he said.
Ekpa, who described himself as a disciple of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), rose to prominence in July 2021, after he was announced as the lead broadcaster of Radio Biafra.
