Some youths accused of being the organisers of the failed maiden edition of a Kaduna sex party have been arrested by men from the Kaduna State Police Command.
ASP Muhammad Jalige, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Command, confirmed the development, saying that police traced the venue and arrested some suspects.
According ASP Jalige, “We are investigating those behind the sex party and will soon give details of our findings.”
The youths who advertised the event on social media platforms revealed that the sex party was scheduled to take place in an undisclosed place in the state capital on December 27, 2020.
The invitation clarified in depth that participants, male and female, are supposed to be naked because the venue would not allow any clothing.
The party that was scheduled to begin at 8 pm will also last until daybreak to encourage participants who want to have sex during the party to do so.
The IV claimed that 2,000 naira (for the common side) and 3,000 naira or 5,000 naira would have to be paid by interested participants (for VIP).
The state government, however, piqued by this development, directed the police to find the venue and arrest those behind it.
Speaking about this development, Abdullah Yunus, Special Assistant to the Media Governor, said the police had responded and made some arrests.
He said the ads sent on social media sites made this possible.
According to him, “when we got to know of this development, the government was disturbed so the governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai informed the police.”
