The President General Enugwu-Agidi Progressive Union, Hon. Chukwuebuka Onuorah has expressed satisfaction with the quality of work at the Enugwu-Agidi International Timber Market .

The President General spoke today during his inspection of the market which has been completed, noted that it will help to decongest traffic along that route and progress to the community.

Hon. Chukwuebuka Onuorah said his visit to the market is to ensure that contractor executed the key project in line with approved specifications.

The market was started by the President General to check street trading along that route.The Market has so many open stalls, lock up shops.

Speaking when he granted audience to the Chairman Njikoka Local Government,Barr Ononiba, Member Representing Njikoka 1 constituency in Anambra House of Assembly, Hon. Chidi Ibemeka and Member Representing Njikoka 2 constituency in Anambra State of Assembly, Hon. Jude Akpua at the Market location, Enugwu-Agidi, Hon. Chukwuebuka Onuorah stated that the Market is a step towards stopping street trading in that axis.

He said after the completion of the facilities, nobody would be allowed to trade on the major road.

He noted that criminals operating along the road will also be dislodged and adequate security will made more secure for business and residential purposes,the community will be accommodated in the market as well.

The President General noted that his administration will continue to promote community development across the Community, pointing out project execution is one of the ways to appreciate the people for their loyalty and support.

Chinedu Nwoye (Glamour) during the inspection of the Completed Rumuokoro Market and Park on Monday.
