Ahead of the 2023 presidential election and following the absence of the presidential candidate of the all progressives congress, Ahmed Bola Tinubu from the recently held presidential town hall meeting, a governorship candidate of the people’s democratic party in Ogun state, Segun Sowunmi has reacted to the development.
According to Segun Sowunmi, it is wrong for anyone who wants to serve us to begin to give us impression that he is bigger than the collective desire of the people.
Segun Sowunmi stressed that what the presidential candidate of the all progressives congress and his campaign team are doing points to the fact that they don’t value their own country’s system and they would rather patronise an independent system simply because it is not within Nigeria.
Segun Sowunmi made this remark when he was reacting to Tinubu’s address with an independent media house in London a few moments ago.
Segun Sowunmi stated “we will not have anybody who wants to serve us begin to give us the impression that he is bigger than the collective”.
