Obi’ll Win With Wide Margin -Nanzing Bako

The Plateau State Co-Coordinator of the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Dr. Nanzing Bako has expressed optimism that Peter Obi will win the 2023 presidential election with a wide margin.

He noted that the clamour for Obi presidency by the youths, women across the six geo-political zones is a pointer to the fact that the APC government has failed the country.

Dr. Bako disclosed this on Friday in Jos during an intervention with Journalists and expressed confidence that only Peter Obi will write the wrong committed by the two major political parties in Nigeria.

“The honest situation is that Peter Obi of the Labour has taken over the political atmosphere in the country and we are very optimistic of winning the election because every Nigerian knows and feel the pains of what we are going through in Nigeria.

“We are very optimistic come February, 2023 Nigerians will speak through the ballot and Peter Obi will the biggest beneficiary of that exercise.”

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has expressed concern over the possibility of Nigeria 2023 general election, saying that despite the closeness of the date, God has not revealed to him whether there would be an election or not.

Speaking during the Redeemed Christian Church of God 2022 Holy Ghost Service, Adeboye said the situation of Nigeria has become worse to the extent that the country’s currency no longer worth the paper it’s printed on.

He admonished Nigerians to learn to laugh in other not do develop hypertension as things seems to be getting funnier and funnier every day in the country.

Speaking on the upcoming prayer for Nigeria from November 26th to December 2nd, Adeboye said that during those days of fasting, there will be no ceremonies.

2023: Tinubu Appoints Security Expert, Mumuni Into Presidential Campaign Council

The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has appointed renowned global security expert, Ambassador Abayomi Mumuni as a member of the intelligence and security team, an arm of Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The appointment was conveyed in a letter addressed to Amb Mumuni on Monday, October 28, 2022 and signed by the Secretary, PCC, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke.

The former gubernatorial candidate of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in Lagos state was also one of the pioneers of the ruling APC. Mumuni, a member of The Security Institute, a reputable Security Center in Europe, is equipped with the skills and understanding of the security situation in the country and knows how to contribute meaningfully to such.

In a statement released in Ibadan on Friday through his media aide Rasheed Abubakar, Ambassador Mumuni expressed gratitude to Asiwaju for what he described as a call to service, assuring him of his impactful contributions in the role.

Igbo Elders Back Obi’s Presidential Bid

Igbo Elders Consultative Forum (IECF), also known as Ime-obi Ohanaeze Ndigbo on Friday pledged their allegiance to the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who they described as a “true unified.”

Briefing journalists in Abuja, the Forum’s chairman and former Anambra governor, Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife, stated that an Obi presidency in 2023 will put an end to separatist agitations by different groups in the country.

According to him, the Southeast elders were the ones who prevailed on the Labour Party Presidential candidate to leave the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in May.

Terror Attack: UK Issues Alert To Citizens In US

The United Kingdom, UK, has warned that terrorists plan to attack the United States, US.

It advised its citizens in the country to be vigilant and avoid public gatherings.

According to the UK in an updated travel advisory to its citizens in the US on Friday, terrorists might target places where foreigners gather or crowded areas, as well as transportation channels.

DAILY POST reports that this is coming barely a week after the US and the UK issued security alerts that terrorists were planning to attack Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja.

It could also be not unconnected with the security alert by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to Americans in New Jersey that terrorists were planning to attack synagogues.

The FBI said it received credible information about a “broad” threat to synagogues in New Jersey, urging them to “take all security precautions to protect your community and facility.”
