Major General Farouk Yahaya, the newly selected Chief of Army Staff, has just made a statement that we are proud of all injured Army during their service of protecting the nation and country.
He disclosed this via a statement signed and released by Deputy Director Public Relations, earlier today after the chief of staff visited the site of treatment at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital to sympathize with the fallen, injured, and recuperating soldiers prayed for their speedy recovery.
Applauding them for their selfless service, attitude, and sacrifices during the restoration of peace to the North-East region, and we are proud of all injured Army.
He also implored all the medical officers to take good care of the soldiers and endure adequate medical care.
Promising the technicians that he will repair, fix, refurbish and replace all vehicles and machinery used during the war, stating that their fight against terrorism in Nigeria would be brought to an end.
