In a disturbing video shared by Daily Trust TV, a suspected ritualist confessed to his involvement in the gruesome trade of selling human parts. The suspect, who was paraded by the police in Ibadan, admitted that while he did not directly kill anyone, his house was used as a site for these horrific acts.
He implicated two individuals, named Ahmed and Mubi, as the ones responsible for the actual killings, though these men have yet to be apprehended by the authorities.
The suspect disclosed that his participation in these activities began earlier this year. Before becoming directly involved, he primarily served as a middleman, bringing clients to those seeking human parts for rituals. Despite his involvement in these heinous crimes, he expressed regret for his actions and hoped for government leniency.
He acknowledged the gravity of his actions, describing his home as a “human abattoir” and admitting that he facilitated these activities by bringing clients. The suspect expressed a desire for forgiveness, stating that if given a chance, he would abandon this “dirty job” and not return to such a life.
In his own words, he remarked, “We use human beings for rituals and also sell human parts to those that demand for them. I don’t kill but my house is a human abattoir. One Ahmed and Mubi are the human butchers who are yet to be apprehended by the police. I started this sometime this year, prior to this time I have always brought clients. I pray that the government will pardon me because I will not return to this dirty job again”.
