Dr. Moses Paul, one of the aides of the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi has revealed what Peter Obi told him after he asked if he would visit former President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.
Dr. Moses Paul made the statement on his official X handle on Monday. He made the statement while trying to debunk the allegations that have been levelled against the former governor of Anambra state.
In the post that Dr. Moses Paul wrote on his official X handle, he said those saying Peter Obi is visiting and attending events of former Nigerian leaders for endorsement are wrong.
He said when he asked Peter Obi if he would visit former President, Muhammadu Buhari, he responded affirmatively.
According to Moses Paul, Peter Obi stated that his visit to the past leaders goes beyound endorsement but to either learn from their achievements or mistakes. Moses Paul stated that those fabricating baseless stories about Peter Obi should stop.

“I personally accompanied Mr. @PeterObi on visits to former leaders, including General Ibrahim Babangida (IBB), General Abdulsalami Abubakar, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan (GEJ), and Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (OBJ). When asked whether he would eventually visit former President Muhammadu Buhari, he replied affirmatively”.
