Zenith Bank has announced that its services are fully restored, allowing customers to complete transactions without issues.
This update was shared on Friday after the bank had earlier informed customers about service disruptions due to maintenance earlier in the week.
While the bank confirmed that all transaction channels, including Debit, Credit, and Prepaid cards, ATMs, Point of Sale (POS) terminals, and online banking services, are back in operation, some customers are still facing problems with network reliability.
Many have expressed frustration over difficulties in accessing services.
This indicates that the network remains a concern.
The bank stated that customers can visit any of its branches for assistance and to carry out transactions.
It also noted improvements in its IT systems to enhance service quality.
Additionally, customers handling bulk payments and salaries are advised to submit their requests at any branch for quicker processing.
The notice read:
“Dear Valued Customer,We are pleased to inform you that you can now perform transactions conveniently, with the following Zenith Bankchannels :Zenith Bank Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards Zenith Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Zenith Bank Point of Sales terminals (POS), Zenith Bank Mobile App, Zenith Bank Internet Banking Platform Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).
“You can also visit any of our branches nationwide to perform your transactions.
“We are pleased to announce further improvements in our service delivery following the IT infrastructure upgrade: Customers with bulk payments and salaries are encouraged to present payment mandates and requests at any Zenith Bank branch nationwide for expedited processing”.
