APC Ignore Sit-at-home Order, Fix Rally In Anambra  On Monday

Published by admin on

The campaign timetable for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has surfaced online.

According to the timetable, the campaign will kick off in Jos, the capital city of Plateau, on November 15, 2022. The campaign will end in Lagos State on February 13, 2023.

The presidential candidate will hold international engagements between December 4 and December 10, 2022.

However, the ruling party will rally in Anambra State on Monday, January 30, 2023, according to the timetable.

The media aide to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Jubril Gawat, also confirmed that the ruling party will hold a rally in Anambra State on Monday.

Recall that most cities in the southeast geopolitical zone observe sit-at-home on Mondays. The illegal sit-at-home was sanctioned by the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Fixing a rally on a Monday in Anambra State will show that the ruling party has no regard for IPOB and its illegal sit-at-home order.
