APC Setting Peter Obi against North, Muslims – Yusuf Datti

The Labour Party Presidential Running Mate Dr Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has uncovered that the All Progressives Congress (APC) have been looking for away to set Mr Peter Obi against the Northern party of the country and causes problems among the muslims.

During an interview with Arise TV Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed reveals that the All Progressives Congress are always looking for a chance to make Northeners and Muslims dislike the Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.

According to Daily Trust, the vice presidential candidate claimed that Peter Obi likes the Northern region of the country and does not discriminate against religion, in contrary to the goals of the ruling party. To emphasize his position, Yusuf Datti stated that Peter Obi’s passion for the North and Muslims was the primary factor in his decision to serve as his running partner.

He added “Everything we state is backed by evidence. For example, they (APC) jump at every opportunity to set Peter Obi against the North and the Muslims. But Peter Obi loves the North. I joined Peter Obi’s ticket because I know he loves the North.”
