BREAKING: PDP Chairman Slumps, Dies [PHOTOS]

A former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara State, Alhaji Ahmad Sani Kaura is dead.

Best News Network learned that Kaura slumped on Wednesday in Gusau, the state capital, during a peace meeting with the state Council of Ulama ahead of the 2023 general elections.

According to a party chieftain in Zamfara State, Aminu Umar, Late Kaura was ill and had not totally recovered before attending the meeting.

This newspaper understands that preparations are in top gear to bury his remains in accordance with Islamic rites. He is expected to be laid to rest in his hometown in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area later on Wednesday.
