Dahiru Reveals How Wike Was Betrayed In PDP With Three Different People

A well-known political analyst, Majeed Dahiru, has disclosed that there is nobody who would not be angry after going through what Nyesom Wike went through in PDP between 2019 and 2022. According to Dahiru, Nyesom Wike supported the presidential aspirants of PDP in the 2019 primary election because he believed that it was the turn of the north.

Dahiru went on to say that between Tambuwal and Atiku Abubakar, Nyesom Wike supported Tambuwal during the primary election. Dahiru explained that when Tambuwal lost to Atiku, Wike went on to support Atiku Abubakar during the election. Dahiru disclosed that Wike became very angry when Tambuwal betrayed him in 2022 by stepping down for Atiku Abubakar in the primary election.

According to Dahiru, Wike was not expecting that Tambuwal will step down for Atiku Abubakar in the primary election of PDP. Dahiru explained that when Tambuwal openly stepped down for Atiku Abubakar, Wike rightly felt betrayed by Tambuwal whom he had supported in the 2019 primary election.

Dahiru went on to state that the first betrayal that Wike faced was Atiku’s decision to partake in the primary election despite the agreement reached within the party. According to Dahiru, the second betrayal was Tambuwal’s decision to step down for Atiku Abubakar. Dahiru went on to say that Iyorchia Ayu worsened the entire situation when he openly said that Tambuwal was the hero of the PDP primary election.
