Donald Trump Pledges To Address Divorce Law Affecting Men In The United States

Donald Trump, now the 47th president of the United States, has expressed his intention to address the divorce laws that he believes have been unfairly burdening men in America.

“Just because a woman marries a wealthy man doesn’t mean she should automatically receive half of his wealth and become rich after a divorce. Divorce has turned into a lucrative business for women in the US, and I’m here to end that,” Trump stated. “If a woman needs money after divorce, the man can lend her up to $1 million, but only if she has collateral. $1 million isn’t a lot for a rich man, but it should be enough for a woman who didn’t earn it.”

According to BBC WORLD NEWS, Trump emphasized, “If I have $50 million, I’m not going to give you $25 million after a divorce. It’s my money, and I worked hard for it. Whether we’ve been married for 6 years or 25, or even have children, if you can’t support them, you can leave them with me. Just because someone marries someone who built something significant doesn’t mean they deserve half after a divorce.”

Trump’s comments have drawn attention as he returns to the political stage, with many showing support for his stance.
