The Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi while speaking at Arise TV Presidential Town Hall Meeting this evening said that if out of school children in the North Can learn Quran that means they are intelligent.
According to his statement during the presidential town hall meeting, Peter Obi said; “When you talk about out of school children in the North, These are children who have learn Quran, if they can learn Quran that means they are intelligent, I will meet them where they are learning Quran and teach them skill”.
