Kidnapped Housemaid To Late CBN Staff Breaks Silence After Surviving Being Thrown In A River

Many hours after a staff of the Central Bank of Nigeria named Mr. Kehinde Fatinoye and his wife were set ablaze at their residence in Abeokuta, their housemaid, who was kidnapped alongside the deceased’s son, breaks silence.

The housemaid, who was spotted with officers of the Ogun state’s Police command, broke silence saying, “after attacking my boss and his wife, they took me and Oreoluwa (the deceased’s son) to the bank of the river and tied our hands. They pushed us into the river but I managed to escape.”

The correspondent of the Television Continental (TVC) made it clear that officers of the Ogun state’s Police command took the survivor to the scene of the incident to identify the corpse of the deceased.

According to reports, the deceased couple were on their way from the church’s crossover service before being traced by arsonists who entered their residence, murdered and set their house ablaze.
