Reactions As Farotimi Shares Document Confirming How Pa Fasoranti’s Stepped Down For Adebanjo

The Labour party presidential spokesperson, Dele Farotimi has shared documents showing how Pa Reuben Fasoranti, the former leader of the Yoruba Socio-cultural group, Afenifere, stepped down for Pa Ayo Adebanjo

However, this is coming after Pa Reuben Fasoranti, On Sunday, endorsed the All Progressive Congress presidential aspirant Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his residence in Akure after Pa Ayo Adebanjo had earlier endorsed the labor party presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi.

In a recent interview, Pa Fasoranti stated that he is still the leader of Afenifere and the statement generated mixed reactions.

Farotimi, in his post, however, shared documents showing how he stepped down for Adebanjo to continue directing the affairs of the group

A part reads ” At 95, I am hardly able to provide active and agile leadership so I step aside “

However, part of the document also pronounced Pa Ayo Adebanjo as the acting leader
