As the Israel-Hamas conflict extends into its fourth month, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu encounters growing criticism from various quarters, including his military cabinet, the US administration, and right-wing allies.
The prime minister, amidst political challenges, remains resolute in his commitment to eradicating Hamas and securing the release of Israeli hostages held by the militant group.
In a televised address on Thursday, Netanyahu expressed determination, stating, “Those who say that victory is impossible are wrong. I will not settle for anything less than total victory over Hamas.” This comes despite calls for a ceasefire and warnings from coalition partners threatening to bring down the government if any signs of weakness are shown.
