Chukwuemeka Ezeife Reveals Two Tribes That Caused Insecurity In Nigeria

Published by admin on

The former Governor of Anambra State and President of the Igbo Elders Consultative Forum, Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife has said that part of the problem Nigeria is facing is caused by the inability of the Yoruba and the Igbo to agree among themselves and work together.

He said this during an interview with Punch Newspaper when he was asked to speak on Yoruba and Igbo understanding themselves and playing politics wisely.

Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife said that the issue of insecurity and poverty in Nigeria is caused by the failure of the Igbo and Yoruba to agree among themselves and work together.

He said since we have Peter Obi and Tinubu who are from South-East and South-West respectively, the Yoruba and Igbo should jointly pick one of the candidates as president. He said if this is done, it will end the strife between the Yoruba and Igbo and also bring peace and stability to the country.
