How Julius Abure Tried To Silent Me With 3 Different Gifts – LP National Treasurer

Oluchi Oparah, the National Treasurer of the Labour Party (LP), has accused the party’s National Chairman, Julius Abure, of attempting to silence her with three different gifts. During an interview on The Morning Show, Oparah claimed that Abure had tried to bribe her with cash, a car, and a new house to prevent her from speaking out against him.

Oparah claimed that Abure had forged the signature of the late former Chairman, A. A. Salam, to withdraw over N2 billion from the party’s account.

She further revealed that Abure had attempted to induce her with various incentives to silence her.

Oparah stated, “Abure has tried to induce me with cash, I refused; he came to my house with a car gift, I refused; he offered me a new house, I refused.”

She emphasized her commitment to upholding integrity and fighting for the right course within the party.

However, Oparah also questioned how the late A. A. Salam, who passed away in December 2020, could have allegedly signed a check in February 2021, implicating Abure in what she described as “serial criminality.”

  1. The corruption level of Abure is unprecedented. He connived with the State chairmen to frustrate the candidates and killed the party. He was an agent to other parties in Labour party.
