A member of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to the statement credited to the Vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Datti Baba-Ahmed.
Baba-Ahmed had in an interview erroneously stated that Margaret Thatcher became Prime Minister in the 50’s.
Reacting to the recent statement, Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation stated that he really do fear for the Obidients.
He said; “Can someone please tell Datti that Margaret Thatcher was PM of the UK in the ’80’s and not the ’50’s and that she was NOT a member of the Labour Party but rather the leader of the rival Conservative Party.”
He informed Datti Baba-Ahmed that the Trade Unions and the welfare state were both crushed and utterly destroyed by her.
The recent post by Femi Fani-Kayode on his verified Facebook page has generated a lot of reactions from his fans and numerous followers on the social media platform.
