“What I’ll Do If Obi Get Arrested” – Farotimi

There have been several reactions from social media users after lawyer and human rights activist, Dele Farotimi stated that if the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Gregory Obi is arrested, he will hit the streets and make sure that he is equally arrested too.

This statement was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Thursday.

In the post that he shared on his page, he said arresting the former governor of Anambra state is a line that must never be crossed. Dele Farotimi said if Obi is arrested, he will make the call to hit the street. He said if he is equally arrested, no one should call for his release.

He wrote on his page;

“If they will dare, I will make the call to hit the streets, if I am equally arrested, may God punish anyone who might presume to call for my release. I expect you all to hit the streets. Arresting Obi is a line that must not be crossed”.
