A young man identified as Ariwa, a drug seller from Ogbo ogwu, lost his life in Onitsha, Anambra State, on Black Friday. The tragedy unfolded when Ariwa, in a moment of urgency, urinated in a restricted area near the Head Bridge.
According to eyewitness accounts, a group of anti-touting boys, tasked with eradicating touting in the city, took it upon themselves to collect revenue through arresting those who urinated in restricted areas.
